***** Quite a nice ballad but I find the phrasing and melody of the chorus quite weird, but in a cool way that I like. And love. I really love this song in fact. One of her very best. Last edited: 10/11/2012 11:58
**** Her best song now actually. Very dramatic and most of the lyrics are solid. A few instances in the song still don't agree with me and this holds it back somewhat. That being said, bravo! Last edited: 05/01/2014 11:41
**** Excellent ballad from Delta and I think this marks a complete return to her best form. Execution still could be a bit better but it doesn't sound overdone or like something we've heard before. 4.5
***** This has really grown on me. I find it very touching and very strong lyrically, especially the line 'there was nothing I could do, to help you' really gets me.
What lets the song down is that it doesn't have a particularly distinct hook and doesn't crescendo in the last chorus perhaps as much as it would ideally. None-the-less, I think this is a beautiful tribute and one of the best tracks on the album.
**** A return to form for Delta after the disappointment of her previous two singles. Nice song with very nice lyrics that I think are relatable to almost anyone. Should've had the chart run that Sitting On Top Of The World had. Still nowhere near her best though. Last edited: 23/08/2013 02:28
****** It's a beautiful song and i can connect to the emotions she is feeling in the song but the line "I miss you in the Earth's atmosphere" feels odd and if it had been a line as regular as the others, the song probably would have been around #40 on my mid-decade chart instead of the #87 it is.
