It's alright but nothing special.
****
Really disappointed to be honest, but he's still better than Reece Mastin. 2

EDIT: I really liked him during X Factor, and this has grown on me. I just don't like that line during the chours that everyone else has pointed out.

Meh.

The pre-chorus part is actually pretty catchy, but WTF is up with the lyrics (for mainstream radio) - "I'm on top of the world when I'm on top of you girl".

Well... This is just annoyingly bad.

So generic, it's been done.

EDIT: The bridge has me hooked now 2 ---> 3.5

It could've been fine just being a generic song but that title drop just induces facepalming of dismay. Would much rather listen to The Killers' song of the same title. 1.75

It would have been a ** rating, but then I saw the video.
**
It's like a cigarette in the mouth, or a handshake in the doorway. I look at you and smile because I'm fine.
**
Eh, it's alright, but the lyrics in the chorus annoy me.

Haven't heard of him before (didn't watch X-Factor) and must say that I wasn't expecting this. 2.5*

Love the cheesy video, and hey, he's having a little bit of fun. Definitely better than any of Reece Mastin's singles, even combined.
****
It's kind of catchy and not at all bad apart from one line in the chorus. Much better than Mastin could ever do.

Hella cheesy. Quite difficult to listen to nowadays.

Average.

Annoying and very generic .

Ew. One of the worst things I've listened too. How he got through the auditions let alone made the final I will never get. This is shit so thank god it's dying.
**
By the numbers Sonypop. You can tell what era it's from so easily. When I first started listening to it, my thoughts were that this would've got an average score of 3* if it weren't for some particularly cringeworthy lyrics. Mainly everything in the chorus is bad. Oh and the bridge. Then I realised it's actually quite a disaster. To add insult to injury, the video is woeful. He's a better singer than Reece Mastin for sure, so you'd expect this to be at least average but instead it's not a lot better than Reece Mastin's music :/

He's way better than Mastin, but that's not saying much.
**
I can't get past the cringe of those lyrics in the chorus. The bad pick up line is bad enough once. To hear it several times is nauseating.
**
Horrible. Never want to hear from him again.

I am so glad this platform has reasonably died in recent years.
Here is another example of why it's talent show music and NOT chart worthy.
