I quite like it. She's going in a different direction with this album which is nice to see, but it is not very good as a lead single. Ok I love it now and am happy for the success that it has received worldwide. It's definitely not amongst my favourites from get but it's a good effort. I just hope the whole album isn't like this.

I really like this, its cool; and shes deffinately changed her style here, cool :D

also she sounds like avril lavigne here, but thats not a bad thing. Deffinately her best in ages; even better than safe & sound!

Exactly what I was hoping for from Taylor, far better than anything she's put out in the last two years. I'm thankful she didn't choose to release something sounding like everything else again. Very strong song and it should be her biggest hit since "You Belong With Me", at minimum. Glad she's back.

It also sounds like Ke$ha.
*
Crap, as I expected. I feel bad for giving this 2* instead of 1*, but it is significantly better than some of astronomical scum she's unleashed on this earth (e.g. "Love Story"). Probably the best song she's ever made by her pitiable standards.

Gets annoying, listening to her saying "weeeeeEEEEEE" and "you got talk to your friends, talk to my friends, talk to me" on repeat really gets under your skin.

EDIT: Sorry, I realised I should have rated this song on its own qualities and not in comparison to her other songs. There are songs I've rated a 2 which I feel are still much better than this. 1*.

EDIT 2: In reference to my above edit, may I just state that this is a completely terrible song, and I did not just give it a 1* just because there are songs rated 2* which are slightly better, but because this truly deserves a 1* as it completely horrible (in all truth, it deserves -∞* because it is just that horrific, but 1* is as low as this can go). This just gets worse with time, and is crap that shouldn't have charted so high. Still annoying and not catchy as ever, just a completely dire "music" experience.

WORST SONG OF 2012!

Feels like she is trying a bit too hard here. Not that bad though, very different, but still nice.

Really like this one, and is much better than anything from the previous album. I like the new direction she seems to be heading in, maybe I'll start to like her again.

Solid track.

Max Martin and Shellback wrote this song with Taylor. Who would've ever thought that Taylor would ever work with them?

As a result, it doesn't sound like Taylor's previous songs, it sounds a lot like Avril Lavigne. But it's a really good song though, one of her best.

****
This is Avrilesque in style, but Taylor is much more talented.
**
Actually I really don't like this. She's had some juvenile songs in past but nothing as aggressively juvenile as this. Just comes across as annoying to me.

Fairly lame effort. Sometimes a bit catchy, but mostly annoying. Much prefer the verses over the chorus.

One of her better songs, but still not something that I would listen to.

The ultimate guilty pleasure of 2012. Can't believe this has grown on me that much...

Great song.

I agree this is in the style of Avril. Unfortunately it resembles irritating-Avril, not tolerable-Avril.
Hoping for a short chart run.
**
It's quite bad
***
Not terrible but a very disappointing effort, and overall very weak.
*****
Awesome song but look at her thighs on the cover art. Too skinny
****
So, while Miley Cyrus tries to sound mature like early Taylor and flops, Taylor releases a song that is somewhat childish like early Miley and scores a hit. Interesting...

Anyway, this song has grown on my considerably from first listen. It is quite contagious, but I think the spoken part towards the end is unnecessary.
*****
This is actually really good. Didn't really like it at first but it has really grown on me. My favourite solo single of hers. 4.5*
*****
Really good, although the weird long title.
Not a fan of Taylor Swift's earlier songs, but the good thing is four albums in and a major career breakthrough in the form of Fearless, she still writes the majority of her songs by herself, and the rest are co-written.
*****
Fairly strong, it's always nice to see a bit of tongue-in-cheek humor used in a pop song without all the tiresome, cynical 'irony'.

Very repetitive, not my taste.
*
Hate this song so much. Very childish and immature. Sounds like a bubblegum pop version of Avril Lavigne.

Sounds like a 13 year old wrote it. In fact it sounds like my 14 year old sister wrote it when she was 12 and had just broken up with her boyfriend for the like ten billionth time (probably only the tenth times but you get my point :P) and thus makes me hate it more. I also hate the part when she yells Weeeeeeeee as well as the stupid lyrics.

One of the worst songs of 2012!!!

It's ok but Taylor Swift is getting into the Pop genre which isn't a good thing.
***
Catchy. That's all it's got going for it.

1 star

Became annoying quick.
******
A surprise comeback for Taylor, this has hit written all over it. Just brilliant. Max Martin can do no wrong.
*
she sounds just as annoying as avril lavigne, except that avril has a few good songs and lyrics
*
Another annoying overplayed track
******
I love this so much.

I'm not an overly keen Taylor Swift fan or anything, but this is so great. The production here is excellent, fits the light and slightly tongue-in-cheek atmosphere perfectly. It's always fun to listen to and revisit. One of my favourites from Taylor, I love it probably about the same as "I Knew You Were Trouble".
